Please be patient as we are experiencing high call volume.

The best time to call is between 10 am and 7 pm.

If you are interested in setting up a video chat with your loved one, please message privately (through the community Facebook page if possible), and someone will reach out during business hours to coordinate a day and time.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this rapidly-evolving situation.

3/12/2020

We are diligently monitoring the situation through updates from the County Health Department and CDC and taking additional precautions to increase and expand disinfection measures, such as added frequency of disinfecting all high-touch areas (door handles, hallway and stair railings, elevator buttons, etc.).

At this time, the community is considered at low risk. However, in consideration of the unknowns associated with the COVID-19 virus and the day-to-day changes, we feel it is in the best interest of residents’ health and wellbeing that we limit entrance to the community to only essential services, such as health-related visits and supply deliveries. Any visitors entering the community will undergo screening, including having their temperature taken prior to entry.

While the decision was not taken lightly, we want to be aggressive in our approach to best ensure your health and the health of our residents and employees.

The Resident Services Director will be using this time to provide technology classes for residents and setting up times in which they can communicate with family and friends outside the community via video calls, such as FaceTime and Skype.
