Work to begin on St. Charles, Missouri senior living community
St. Charles, MO – The St. Louis Post Dispatch recently reported that work on The Boulevard Senior Living is set to begin in November of 2015.
From the article: "The complex, to be called The Boulevard Senior Living, will be built on a vacant 10.2-acre tract at the northeast corner of Ehlmann Road and Truman Boulevard.
The 195,769-square-foot development will include a 90 'independent living' apartments, an 80-bed assisted living area and 48-bed memory care section.
Construction of the buildings will start early next year, with completion expected by mid-2017."
Arrow Senior Living will oversee operations of the property, owned by O'Reilly Development of Springfield, MO.
