Building on Launch; Reaching Far

Each year, Arrow Senior Living chooses a word that captures our focus, energy, and aspiration. In 2025, our word was Launch—and launch we did. We propelled forward with the expansion of Archer, introduced new digital workflows, welcomed new residents and team members, and accelerated innovation across every corner of the organization. Launch was about momentum. It was about setting ideas into motion.

From Launch to FAR

Now, in 2026, our word is FAR—because this is the year we go the distance.

Going far means taking everything we launched and ensuring it endures, strengthens, and connects. It means building systems and teams that can sustain excellence and innovation long beyond a single project or year. Going far is about unity—because while speed can spark success, distance requires collaboration.

Going the Distance Together

At Arrow, we know that real progress happens when all service areas move together: operations, wellness, culinary, sales, plant operations, and beyond. When we share data, ideas, and accountability, we elevate the entire resident and team member experience. FAR is our call to unite these areas into one connected team—one that communicates openly, solves creatively, and works together for the betterment of all who call our community’s home.

This year, we’ll continue to pursue the same bold goals that defined our “Launch” year: advancing innovation, enhancing affordability, and deepening our commitment to service excellence. But we also recognize that our success in each of these areas depends on how well we collaborate across disciplines.

Our innovations must reach farther—to create digital tools that connect rather than complicate. Our affordability initiatives must go farther—to reduce costs without compromising quality. And our service excellence must stretch farther—to not only meet expectations but to exceed them with warmth, empathy, and precision.
