Humberto Barraza is responsible for the planning, implementation and general oversight of Arrow’s culinary programs. His restaurant dining program has proven to be an outstanding asset that sets Arrow communities apart.
Prior to his involvement in senior living, Barraza worked in some of the southwest’s top hotels, gaining valuable customer service skills and honing his culinary technique. Before joining Arrow Senior Living, he was a food service regional director for nine properties in the southwest for a senior living operator.
Chef Humberto Barraza has designed a culinary program that ensures residents in our communities enjoy nutritious, tantalizing meals every time they sit down to eat.
