Arrow Senior Living Shows Appreciation to Its Dedicated Employees

Here at Arrow Senior Living, we believe in the power of a chuckle. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s important to remember that laughter reduces stress, boosts morale, and enhances teamwork and creativity. Throughout the year, Arrow always promotes employee appreciation. From social recognition and milestone awards, we acknowledge the efforts of our hard-working team members. Additionally, we ensure regular acknowledgment through our weekly creative follow-ups (CFUs). This past year, my favorite CFU was celebrating HR professional day with each of our Community Business Office Directors. They each received a personalized candy jar with their names for their office.

These CFUs will continue throughout the next year, but we are truly excited to celebrate Employee Appreciation Day on March 1st this year. Join us as we share laughter, creating a sense of camaraderie amongst our team. Then, continue with the power of a chuckle as we celebrate by continuing our annual shoutouts to each of our service areas utilizing the cameo platform. Every video we have created is geared to a certain service area, letting personnel know how much we appreciate them. Each video features a different celebrity with a personalized message to the team.

These are just a few examples of the many wonderful ways Arrow shows appreciation to the team. We genuinely believe that when done right, employee recognition creates a workplace culture that helps people thrive. It promotes retention and makes us a great place to work, which, in turn, makes us a great place to live.
