Arrow Senior Living Regional Director Appreciates Arrow and Community Employees

Author: Mandy Wilks, Regional Director of Human Resources

In today’s fast-paced world of healthcare, companies are increasingly realizing the importance of creating a positive workplace culture. Here at Arrow Senior Living, we understand employee recognition is essential to achieving this culture.

Employee recognition is just as it sounds: recognizing and thanking employees for their hard work and effort. At Arrow, we like to show this appreciation in several ways. From social recognition, milestone awards, or our weekly creative follow-ups (CFUs), we always take a moment for our hard-working team members.

As the Regional Director of Human Resources, part of my role is to promote employee appreciation. One of my favorite moments of celebration for our team this past year was our annual Growth Summit, held in Arizona, for our Arrow Leadership Team and community Executive Directors. This summit was full of team bonding, leadership workshops, learning sessions, and competitive volleyball.

Celebration at Annual Growth Summit, have team group photo all hands on the beach volleyball.

This is just one example of the many wonderful ways Arrow appreciates our leaders. We genuinely believe when done right, employee recognition creates a workplace culture that helps people thrive, promotes retention, and makes us a great place to work, which in turn makes us a great place to live.

Saint Charles, Missouri-based Arrow Senior Living manages a portfolio of communities that offer varying levels of care, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Each and every senior living community supports residents by focusing on dignity, respect, and quality of life. The programs and amenities offered are selected to provide only the highest standard of quality and comfort.
