One of the most valuable resources in any organization is not found in a report or spreadsheet. It is found in the feedback we receive from our team members. Employees are on the front lines every day. Because of that, they have unique insight into what is working well and where we can improve.
At Arrow Senior Living, creating a culture where employees feel heard matters deeply. It helps improve retention, strengthen engagement, and support informed business decisions.
When employees know their opinions matter, they are more likely to feel valued and respected. They are also more likely to stay engaged in their work, take ownership, and remain committed.
That connection can lead to greater retention and reduced turnover. It can also help create a more stable and positive workplace culture.

At Arrow, we believe a great workplace culture does not have to be expensive or complicated. Often, it starts with simple moments of connection, appreciation, and joy.
In February, the Regional HR team hosted a Growth Summit for Arrow’s Business Office Directors, Payroll, and Recruitment teams. The focus was cultivating strong, positive cultures within our communities.
The summit created an opportunity for team members to share ideas, experiences, and feedback. Together, teams discussed what is working well and where there are opportunities to grow.
Most importantly, our teams knew they were heard. Their feedback was listened to, valued, and used to shape our ongoing efforts. That input helps us create workplaces where employees feel supported, appreciated, connected, and empowered.
But collecting feedback is only the first step. The real impact comes from what we do with what we hear.
Saint Charles, Missouri-based Arrow Senior Living manages a portfolio of communities that offer varying levels of care, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
